These general conditions of use (hereafter the “General Conditions”) are concluded between Pirouette media and a user wishing to benefit from the Service offered by Pirouette media on the Site (hereafter referred to as “User”). 1. Availability and enforceability of the General Conditions

All photographs referenced on the Site are protected by copyright and / or neighbouring rights. Pirouette media has validly acquired from the rights holders concerned the authorization to publish them on the Site. This authorization has been granted solely for limited use by the Service as described herein. The User understands that any extracting, reproduction or dissemination of the photographs listed on the Site which is not expressly permitted by these General Terms and Conditions exposes him to an action for infringement by Pirouette media and / or any rightful claimant.

4. Registration

4.1. Access to the Service

The Service is reserved for personal and non-commercial use only. The User warrants Pirouette media that its use of the Site will be strictly private.

5. Intellectual property

5.1 Intellectual property relating to photographs

All photographs published on the Site are protected by copyright.

The ornaments and fashion accessories represented in these photographs are protected under copyright and design rights.

The mannequins whose image is captured on the photographs are protected under the right to the image.

Pirouette media has been validly and expressly authorised by the rights holders concerned to exploit these photographs in connection with the use of the Site in accordance with the General Conditions.

The User is solely liable in the event of non-performance or improper performance of these Terms and Conditions, whether in respect of Pirouette media, other Users or third parties.

8. Responsibility

8.1 Editorial Content of the Site
